ONLINE TRAINING
The online training helps you as a mother to better deal with the chronic stress that results from having a child with an eating disorder. You probably already try very hard to find relaxation, but you notice that the tension remains. And that you are more surviving instead of living.
And that is not at all strange. The idea that your child is suffering from a potentially fatal condition is enough for the nervous system to go into survival mode.
The nervous system speaks its own language, and as long as we do not understand it and cannot speak it, the nervous system remains in “danger mode”. With many negative consequences for our well-being.
During the training you will learn how to work with your nervous system.
Sharing your experience with other mothers helps with this. Women's nervous system relaxes by sharing feelings and thoughts with others.
