
SHARING CIRCLE
Both in the personal guidance, and during the online trainings and the retreats, I notice how much women enjoy sharing their experiences. To hear each other's stories, to share their own experiences and finally feel understood, to recognize themselves in the other, and to see each other's vulnerabilities and strengths and be inspired by them.
Even though the content of the stories is often heavy, sharing the stories makes it lighter.
The sharing circle is a safe place where you as a 'mother of' can indulge yourself every month. It is a place where you can share and reflect on your experiences, feelings and thoughts every month. Where the pressure can be taken off, so that you can continue with less baggage.
During the sharing circle you don't have to be anyone other than who you are and you don't have to hold anything up.
You don't have to coach or help anyone during the sharing circle. You already do enough coaching and helping, you can really only be there for yourself. Sharing and listening is enough, that's where the healing starts.

Practical information
Currently, the online sharing circle is only available in Dutch. Are you an English-speaking mother and interested? Please feel free to send me a message. As soon as six mothers express interest, I'll happily start a free English-language sharing circle!
